Offered is a seldom-found, hard rubber tablet triturate pharmacy mold from an old drug store collection. As the drug industry became more mechanized towards the turn of the century, tools of the trade such as this mold became obsolete and were often discarded and replaced. This interesting mold measures 6.25 inches long x 2.5 inches wide and is in very good condition with the expected wear of an antique device. The only damage of note is a partially broken pin on top of the mold. The top fits perfectly in place. |
