Important 18th-century English serpentine-fronted Kneehole Desk or Dressing Table in Mahogany, having a thumb-molded top above a case fitted with a leather-lined writing slide, one long drawer and six small drawers flanking a cabinet which slides back to form a kneehole. The case has canted corners with carved blind fretwork and is raised on ogee bracket feet, circa 1770.

Exceptional Regency Period Faux Rosewood Stand with gilt metal mounts having an inset tooled leather top with rosewood banding and gilt metal surround, supported by a faux painted stand with central turned and fluted pillar and cyma curved tripod legs above a tripartite plinth base raised on gilt metal paw form feet.
