Osgood was a landscape painter active in Washington, DC from as early as 1912 until at least 1954. She studied at the Art Students League(NYC) and at the Corcoran School of Art. She exhibited with the Society of Washington Artists, the Arts Club of Washington, the Miniature Painters and Gravers Society of Washington and at the Washington Water Color Club. She was also represented at the Greater Washington Independent Exhibition of 1935.
Osgood died in Alexandria, VA in 1977.
