An illustrator, etcher and architect, Price shared his talent with many as an instructor in architecture at Columbia University in NYC. He began his own studies at the Art Students League. He was also a student at Washington University in St. Louis, MO and at the Royal College of Art in London. He held memberships in the American Institute of Architects, Society of American Graphic Artists and Architecture League. He also exhibited with the Architecture League, winning a price in 1928 and with the National Academy of Design. His work is held in the permanent collections of the New York Public Library and National Museum of American Art in Washington, DC.
