Formal glazed terracotta architectural elements - glazed carytid columns in brown and gold, suitable for exterior use or as part of indoor cabinetry. Existing single screw holes at top and base. Each 34.5" long, 8" wide, 4" deep. A couple of minor chips, quite repairable.

Set of four cast iron fern design garden side chairs, along with cast iron pierced top garden table, American ca 1910. These side chairs are larger than usual, and are quite comfortable to sit in. This ensemble has had many years of use and still retains its original paint. Table is 39" in diameter, 25" high. Chairs are slightly differing sizes; 30"h x 23.5"w/ 31"h x 22.5" w/ 31.5"h x 23.5"w/ 31.5"h x 22.5"w. In good condition.

A rare pair of "Grecian" garden urns in cast iron from the Kramer Bros. Foundry, Dayton Ohio, early twentieth century. Strong classic art deco design. Each carries the manufacturer's mark. Each urn is 40" high; 28.5" wide ear to ear;18" wide bowl diameter at top; 20" base diameter. Both urns have been stripped, zinc coated and powder coated in a matte black. In very good condition.

A rare pair of cast iron garden urns each marked Kramer Bros Dayton Ohio, early 1900's, in the Prairie architect/ Lloyd Wright style. Very few of these were produced. Each is approximately 37" high by 28.5" wide by 18" square at base. A few minor variations as one was cast earlier than the other. Both have been sand blasted, primed with a zinc coat and re-painted. In very good condition.

Rare set of cast iron garden urns on double plinths by the Kramer Bros. foundry. In the "Grecian" series, these "Athens Senior" urns were only manufactured for a short time, ca 1910, and are seldom seen. Clean and classic lines - ideal for interior or exterior use. Each is marked "Mfg by the Kramer Bros. FDY Co Dayton O". Each is 45" high overall, 40.5" wide, basin is 30.5" in diameter, base plinth is 9", second plinth is 21", urn is 15". Rustproofed and painted in matte black oil.

A pair of cast iron garden urns in the campagna style with attached metal decorative collar of alternating pairs of bunches of grapes and grape leaves. Each is cast as 1 piece on a shallow (2.5") plinth. These are quite rare; probably ca 1880. They have a wonderful reddish sun-dried patina as befits their origins in Texas. Each piece is 32" high and 24" in diameter. No apparent flaws.

Very fine pair of zinc coated cast iron garden urns with egret base each marked JL Mott foundry NY. Additional patent marks inside the base (patented April 11 1871) and on the underside of the rim (patented Feb 8 1872). Cast is very fine. Each is 40" high with a bowl diameter of 29" and a base diameter of 20". Re-painted for use outdoors.

An unusual pair of tall hand carved limestone finials, Italian, probably eighteenth century. Slender pyramidal cones with corbels surmounted by fleur de lis. Wonderful patina with patches of heavy moss and orange lichen. One petal missing from one of the fleurs. Each 48" high by 7" square at base. Condition good, commensurate with age.

Unusual lead garden urn with cap ca 1720. Cylindrical center section carries a frieze and is topped with a heavy extended rim. The opening is covered with a fluted cap which covers the hole but not the entire rim. Underside is a scalloped design returning to a fluted tapered column and square base. 40" high; rim is 22" across; lid is 16" in diameter; the base is 14" square. Stylistically early 1700's, possibly earlier. Wonderful centuries old patina...
