A twentieth century casting in early aluminum of the rare passion flower design garden bench. Even recastings of this design are rarely found. Design-wise it is closely related to the "laurel" bench design, with similar griffin armrests and quarter moon seat shape. This piece has been stripped, primed and repainted in high gloss oil. It is 39" wide, 31" high, with a seat height of 14.5" and seat depth of 14". An especially fine addition to a small garden space.

A nice grouping of six difficult to find French bistro chairs ca 1940, each with elaborately pierced metal seats and backs with elegant scrolled detail. Each 33.5" high by 16" wide by 19" deep. Peeling paint, otherwise good condition. Can be re-finished at additional cost.

Very nice bronze armillary sphere, part cast, part hand-forged, on marble base, American ca 1940. A few chips and wear to base commensurate with age. 62" high overall: marble base is 6" square with a height of 44".

Bronze garden fountain consisting of three putti surrounding a decorative palm stem supporting a scalloped basin with 4 putti heads from which water spouts. Original date uncertain, though variations on this design have been manufactured both in the US and Europe since the mid-nineteenth century. Provenance: a private building in Manhattan. Overall 51" high, bowl diameter 42", base is 22" square. Is in fine shape with nice patina.

A handsome bronze sculpture of a seated dog with excellent patina. Is tagged with a maker's mark (see photo). 28" high, 18" deep and 9" wide. Nice decorative piece.

Nicely posed sculpture of a stallion in bronze with rich brown patina, probably mid twentieth century. No maker's mark. A substantial size of 24.5" high by 32" long and 7" deep. A few signs of wear, otherwise good condition.

This is a very nicely detailed casting of a "campagna" style garden urn in iron, American ca 1930. Urn has egg and dart decoration on rim, on bowl surround and on apron, and has foliate handles. It sits on a fluted and stepped base resting on a plinth with a tapered bottom. An excellent focal piece for a small garden. Stripped, rust-proofed and painted. 30" high overall, bowl 16" in diameter. In excellent condition.

A cast stone fountain of a boy riding a mythological sea horse with a well weathered surface and old moss, American ca 1940. Original copper piping is still intact. 27" high by 12" wide by 10" deep. In good condition.

Cast stone fountain featuring a delighted boy hugging a goose water spout, set in a scalloped bowl of nice proportions supported by circling dolphins and a base of faces joined by decorative wreaths. Child has classic 20's features. Is in 4 pieces. Nicely weathered stone, especially on bowl and figure. Overall height 57", base diameter 36", basin diameter 36".

Very nice side table with top and base encased in copper sheeting over wood - solid sheet with no seams, centre support of tubular steel unfinished, ca 1970. Copper has an excellent patina with no staining. Table top is 31.5" in diameter, base is 22" in diameter; overall height is 30".

A metal weathervane with a dimensional cow in tin and directional arrow from New England ca 1930. 34" high by 33" wide. Some wear to the metal and loss at cow's feet. Condition commensurate with age and usage.

Very decorative cast iron garden urn with nicely designed handles ca 1930. Suitable size and proportions for the table top on the patio or indoors filled with flowers. 23" high by 25" wide with a 19" diameter bowl; 8" square at base. Old white paint finish.
