Cast iron fountain with an egret base and scalloped bowl with putti faces on the underside. Fountain head is a zinc figure of a young boy marked "JW Fiske 26-28 Park Place NY"which dates it ca 1880. Cleaned, rust-proofed and repainted. Overall height 70", bowl diameter 40". Pitting to cast iron commensurate with age. In good condition. From a Pennsylvania estate.

Bronze garden fountain consisting of three putti surrounding a decorative palm stem supporting a scalloped basin with 4 putti heads from which water spouts. Original date uncertain, though variations on this design have been manufactured both in the US and Europe since the mid-nineteenth century. Provenance: a private building in Manhattan. Overall 51" high, bowl diameter 42", base is 22" square. Is in fine shape with nice patina.

Very rare example of a cast iron Coalbrookdale "Lily of the Valley" garden chair. Carrying the Coalbrookdale name and the British registration mark for 1865. A very comfortable chair of commodious proportions; 33.5" high, 27" wide, 21" deep; seat height 18", seat depth 15". It has been stripped, rust-proofed and repainted. It has a new redwood seat. In fine condition.

Bold and erotic lithographs on "Arabian Nights" themes by German fantasy artist Otto Linnekogel ca 1920. There are 10 black and white lithographs in the series. Plates 1 and 6 have been cut down from the original sheets and framed at some point - some discoloration of paper from sunlight. All others are on original full sheets (approx 18" x 22") and in very good condition. Image size approx. 13" x 15". All in conservation quality matting.

Etchings of classical statues executed by Frenchman Francois Perrier while working in Rome, published in 1638. Perrier was also known as "Le Bourgignon", hence the combination of the letters FLB as the signature that appears on his etchings. Pair of cast iron garden urns marked JW Fiske NY. This design is illustrated in the 1893 Fiske catalogue where it is described as the "Graystone" pattern. Urns have a harvest/ corn stork decoration on the underside of the bowl, and scrolled formal leaf design with curved upper edge applied separately to the bowl sides under a dentil lip. It is unusual for these applied decorations to survive undamaged, if at all...
