Very sturdily built cast iron "Serpent and Grape" garden benches with solid wooden seat and back rests. Following the original Coalbrookdale design the arms and legs incorporate serpent and grape motifs with each arm end sporting a dog's head. Each is 63" long, 30" high, 23" deep. Pair of cast iron benches with wooden seats in a Coalbrookdale pattern incorporating a central dog medallion in the back, as well as four distinct harvest-themed medallions, two on each side. This is a very nicely detailed casting of a "campagna" style garden urn in iron, American ca 1930. Urn has egg and dart decoration on rim, on bowl surround and on apron, and has foliate handles. It sits on a fluted and stepped base resting on a plinth with a tapered bottom. An excellent focal piece for a small garden. Stripped, rust-proofed and painted. 30" high overall, bowl 16" in diameter. In excellent condition.

Large cast iron garden urn with double handles marked L Dean Utica NY. The basic form of this urn goes back to a Janes Beebe catalogue of the 1850's. Larger versions with the same handles were sold in the 1890's as "Grecian Vase with handles" ( J L Mott catalogue/ Barbara Israel p.154 fig.3.19). This slightly smaller version is ca 1880. 50.5" high, 39" wide, bowl diameter 30".

A very fine and commodious set of faux bois garden furniture ca 1950. Consists of bench and two side chairs in cast stone with branch, trunk and bark design. Unlike older sets these have ample room for sitting in. Bench is 55" wide, 32" high, 18" deep: seat height is 17". Chairs are 26" wide, 35" high, 20" deep: seat height is 18".

Rare pair of cast iron garden urns most likely JW Fiske. These have the floral and leaf design basin with elaborate griffin handles and stand on a base in the form of a tree stump with decorative branches. Each is 41" high and 34" wide. These have been cleaned and restored; one stump base has had a missing panel (one of the four) recast from the original.
