| A very nice example of an antique American cast iron White House bench (one has resided in the White House garden for many years). Provenance; a private owner in New England. Originally produced by the Carron foundry in Scotland in the 1840's the pattern has be re-produced by the Coalbrookdale Co amongst others over the years. The smaller size bench is more typically found in the US, this, the full size being much rarer. This piece has been sand blasted, zinc coated and powder coated, and is in very nice condition. 36" high by 64" wide by 20" deep. | |||||||||||||||
