| Elegant garden set of possibly French design consisting of 4 chairs and matching occasional table. Chairs incorporate a fleur de lis or feather motif at crest of back which features floral garlands incorporating lion head motifs over a background of latticed twigs; arms are scrolled acanthus leaves and C scrolls provide the seat supports. Table and chairs have pierced metal tops. These are cast of very heavy aluminum (some alloy involved?) but have a graceful, light appearance. Chairs are 32" high, 24" wide; seat depth 19", height 14". Table is20" high and 26" in diameter. | |||||||||||||
