| This wonderful, C1890, tiny amber corked glass bottle contains THE WOODBRIDGE TREATMENT OF TYPHOID FEVER tablets. These pills, invented by Dr. Woodbridge, were also known as DR. WOODBRIDGE'S ABORTIVE TREATMENT PILLS. They were used in an attempt to save a patient's life once the symptoms of the disease were evident. This remedy was made by PARKE, DAVIS & COMPANY of DETROIT, MICHIGAN. This great old remedy is 2.5" tall and retains its complete labels on the front and back. Although unopened, the contents have been reduced to about 1/2" of powder. The bottom of the bottle is embossed: P D & CO. #52.
