| Here we have a most unusual item! Apomorphine, which does not actually contain morphine, had two main uses around 1900-1910. It was used by psychiatrists to "treat" homosexuality, and it was also used by family physicians to treat pneumonia in both children and adults. This remarkable bottle is still boxed and sealed. The bottle is 2.25" tall. This very scarce c1900 remedy was found in the basement of Case's Drug Store in Jefferson, Ohio shortly after it closed about 20 years ago.
