A fabulous silversmith work for this incised dragon curled up. The raised pattern is important, and the surface which is gold is enhanced by the greyish background probably made with a niello. Size : 7.5x5.5cm - 3"x2"1/4 - weight 53gr - about 2 ounces. Good condition A hallmark is visible on the back. |
