|Embroidered Red Ground Dragon Robe Decorate with five -Clawed dragons of gold threads chasing flaming pearls, shown entwined within a network of clouds, bats and peach springs, all all above crashing vaves and mountain peak scattered with Buddhist symbols, a lishui border to the skirt, the sleeves, collar and cuffs designed to match, blue lining.; professionally framed in a shadow box. Early 19th Century, Frame: 57 x 74 x 5 Condition: Collar, cffs and arm bands dyed; overall fading; sleeves possibly re-seamed and shortened; fraying and holes especially seen at the collar and sleeves; losses to the botton closures and ties; staining and additional tears above the skirt; separations at the seams and loose threads.|
