These very heavy silverplated salt and pepper shakers are just the thing for the cocktail apparatus collector. So rare and unusual! They were very dark until I cleaned them, well they need more polishing to sparkle and shine. They have no dents regardless of what the camera glare causes. They must have a coating that has not worn off in spots, showing a brassy appearance in the camera light. I think this can be removed or vigorously polished off. They are very weighty in the hand...
