Delightful for serving, rolls, biscuits, scones, or whatever you choose! I found this one in Switzerland in perfect condition. However I have washed and ironed it, so now it is ready for it's next tea or dinner party! The 3 layers of cotton are scalloped in French blue with embroidered accents on the 2nd layer. When the center cord is drawn and tied, pockets for 12 rolls or sweets are created. And you might add a jar of jam, honey, or clotted creme in the center! It measures approx...

This lovely tea cup and saucer set is from the British Aynsley co., well known for their fine bone china. I believe this pattern is from 1905 to 1925,and is hard to locate today. Each piece has a different artist mark painted in red. Such a lovely hand painted design with colors of spring green, pink, and yellow florals among the regal design and gilt trim. Translucent when held to the light! It is in excellent condition, I can find nothing wrong...

Delightful painting with roses and a European blue bird after a winged insect! The rich colors, painterly strokes and subject matter are most unique and delightful! Truly beautiful! I found this recently in Belgium. I haven't found a signature , but could possibly be on the back underneath the backing. The frame is very nice, but has some chipping on the outside edges of the deeply coved frame with the gesso showing, which can be touched up is desired...

Oh so precious! These 3 cases might have been hand made to keep a bride's wedding silver! Not professional, but she expertly embroidered them, check out the precise lettering stitches! Each of the embroidered ribboned wreaths is varied in the colors she used. When opened up, each case has attached flannelette stitched to make 12 slots for knives, forks, and spoons, and a flap to secure them.. It seems to be of a linen/cotton blend with pale pink buttonhole hand stitching around all 4 sides...

This wonderful size to add to your collection , especially during the holidays. The pattern Bristol by Crown Ducal and color is highly collectible year round, but is especially enjoyed during the Christmas holidays! . The charming toile pattern of birds and florals is indicative of the chinoiserie design which the British became enamored with during the 1800's. I believe the pattern dates back to the late 1800's and was discontinued in 1931...

This lovely shaped pitcher or warm milk pot is rather rare in Swinnertons Pink or Red Silverdale transferware pattern. It has a beautiful gadrooned shape with a bucolic scene of a couple planting their garden, or perhaps they're fishing? The handle and rim border is a rather dense floral. I think it is c.1940. The last photo shows their maker's mark It is 6" tall and 9" from spout to handle. It is in excellent vintage condition, with no chips or cracks, only light crazing and inside and faint s...
