| This fabulous pair of pillow case is made of excellent creamy white antique linen, cool and drapey, as well as sturdy! I doubt that it was ever used. The 3 1/2" large deeply padded triple monogram, B flanked by A & C is hand embroidered with small flowers and sprigs. The 2" hand pulled lace insertion is needle worked in a row of clover, followed by a deep hand drawn hem. Perfect to add to your pile of pillows on your bed, then enjoy the bliss of resting your cheek on this yummy linen! (I flip it over to sleep on the back side) I purchased them in Brussels from a French Textiles Dealer. 17" X 29 1/2" Excellent condition, now freshly laundered for you. Circa 1920 | ||
