| This unique hand carved Swiss Nut Cracker in the shape of a fish,complete with carved scales most likely came from Brienz,the true source of Black Forest Carvings. It seems to have never been used to crack nuts ,but has patina,probably used purely as decoration!This would be used at the dinner table, as fruit and nuts are often served after the meal.
