| A BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED MAORI JADE ADZE. This piece was given as a gift from a Maori family to relatives in Hawaii in the early 1970's. Its true age was not known at the time. It is six and one fourth inches long and two and one fourth inches at the widest. It is amazingly thin and sharp and measures perhaps one fourth inches at the widest. When held up to the light or backlit it looks like green stained glass with a myriad of shapes and hues. | ||
