| An incredible amount of work went into this amazing neko-tora tiger made of thousands of stitches of couched silver thread. It is enclosed in a wooden box frame covered with glass dating from the Meiji period. The frame is 48.5 x 70 x 6.5 cm (19 x 27-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches) and is in fine condition.
