| This amazing vintage necklace was made by Hungarian born artist, Pal Kepenyes. He migrated to Mexico in the 1960's and still has a gallery in Acapulco where he produces sculptures and jewelry in various materials. The necklace is 30" long from end to end and has a 6 1/2" long x 4 3/4" center medallion. Many of Kepenyes' pieces are kinetic which is evident in this double door medallion that opens to reveal 2 standing figures. The doors have a latch to keep in closed and they are set with 8 panels of pate de verre glass. The necklace is in excellent condition and is signed "Pal Kepenyes" on the reverse. | |||||||||
