This piece comes from the personal collection of designer jewelry, Joseph Holland. Mr Holland has spent a lifetime in the interior design and antiques business. He has traveled to the far corners of the world where he collected antique jewelry and components which were often incorporated into more grand pieces. His designs were wildly popular in the 60’s to the 80’s when he actively showed at major antiques shows including the Park Avenue Armory, Madison Square Garden, and Miami Beach. This magnificent Mogul style bib necklace is exquisitely hand made from sterling silver and has a wearable length of 17" while draping down 3 1/2" in front. The front has channel set square emeralds and the remaining surface is pave set with clear aquamarine stones. It has a box style safety closure and the necklace is in excellent condition. |
