Incredibly lovely, these earrings are from the Regency Period of design, circa 1820. The Regency Period is applied to the years of 1795-1820. There is nothing quite like Georgian paste earrings. These earrings, circa 1830 have bright white pastes set in silver hand crimped, rub over collets. The pastes are foiled and bright. They have a central tiny black dot, used to simulate the culate of a diamond which is often associated with the finest paste jewelery.
