| These Victorian earrings are circa 1860.They are Gutta Percha and 15k gold. The earrings are dramatic,original and in excellent condition. The ear wires are new, b. Unusual to find gutta percha, an early resin, to be mixed with gold. The gold work is superior as is the hand engraving. They measure a bold 2 1/8 inches from the top of the wire x 3/4 across. They have perfect geometry,scale and movement. The color is a mellow,dark brown. | |||||||
