An English porcelain saucer dish hand painted in famille rose enamels over a printed outline with a boy in the window pattern. There is a number 425 written on the base in red enamel. It is stoutly potted and weighs 435 gms. Dating from c.1800, it measures 8 inches (20.4 cms) across. There is some minor wear to the enamels (see photos). It is in good condition with no frits, chips or cracks. |
