An ornate vase potted from a creamy porcelain body and decorated in pate sur pate style on a blue ground. This is a bit out of my field of expertise and I do not know the country of origin. Dating from c.1900, it stands 10 inches high. There is a small firing fault to the base at the back. This is original and glazed and gilded over. There is wear to the gilding. It is in otherwise good condition. |
