Chinese canton enamel seal paste box painted in famille rose enamels with a lady by a river bank. It has a 4 character Qianlong mark to the base. Dating from the C19th., it measures 2 1/8inches (5.5 cms) across. There is an small area where the inner rim has not been securely soldered to the body. See Photo No.8. (This inner rim is still very firmly attached). It is in very good condition. |
