Chinese porcelain shallow dish / plate finely decorated in bright famille rose enamels with a bouquet within a peuce and rouge de fer/gilt border. Dating from the mid C18th., it measures 9 inches (22.9 cms) across. There are some very small frits/chips to the rim. There is, unusually, some crazing to the glaze on the back of the plate. NONE of this appears on the front. |
