A rare Korean iron box decorated in silver with a shou character to the lid and 6 characters of calligraphy to the body, all on a diaper ground. Dating from the C19th., it measures 3 1/2inches (8.9 cms) across. There is some very minor wear to the silver. It is in very good condition for this type of ware. |
