| Antique 19th Century Mahogany nine chime tube Grandfather Clock with Elliot movement. Includes three different chime tunes – Westminister, Whitington, and St. Michael, silent and chime settings, and a 29 1/2 day hand painting moon dial. It chimes on each quarter hour and strikes the hour. Face is signed Smith Patterson. The nine chime tubes are all signed "Waltham Clock Co.". The artistically hand carved mahogany case has a beautiful carved top bonnet. The sides of the hood and case feature beautifully carved Corinthian columns and highly crafted special oval beveled glass front and side windows. This clock has been serviced cleaned and maintained by a Master Clock maker and is in great working order. Keeps great time. Dimensions: h. 101" w. 27.5" d. 18". Circa 1890s. | |||||||
