Art Pottery Vase - Massier or Sicard Style
This Art Pottery vase, in the style of MASSIER or SICARD, showcases some of the most fabulous iridescent colors. In addition, it has a wonderful portrait of a beautiful woman surrounded by gold gilding. It has a classic form with a graceful neck, flared rim at the top, an elegant body and ending in a footed base. The base has a number incised under the glaze, possibly 14932? Circa 1900 - 1920. 8 in. High by 4 in. Wide at middle by 2 in. at top by 3 in. at base. This vase is in very good condition with very minor wear due to age. It has a glazed base and Fire Polished Rim.
