Russet iron 32-plate sujibachi kabuto with inscription inside, the invocation Tensho Kotai jingu Hachiman daibosatsu and Kasuga daimyojin. Mounted with an elaborate tehen kanamono. On the front a gold lacquer mukade (centipede) maedate. Black lacquer menpo and two-lame yodarekake in honkozane. The do of iyozane in iron covered with textured leather and unusually made in do-maru style mounted in in shakudo with domed rivets and kanamono on the back. The shikoro and yodarekake are in kebiki style...
