17 3/4 x 64 inch Greek Islands Textile silk backing all hand stitching...it appears to be a runner that was shortened...fantastic harmonious colored silk thread...a great study in scale and in spacing...I get the impression it was made at a time when busy busy designs were not employed...hence this characteristic along with age could mean it is earlier than 18th century?
People see eye to eye...and at times they turn away from each other...the flux in relationships...now how to pose the chairs back to back...or face to face.Linen upholstery fabric depicting a laboratory skull, beige wool blend fabric maple wood seat height 18 inches arm is 20. Depth is 35. Width is 28 and height is 35. This is a vintage chair that has been repurposed for fun by Victoria Cafiero for Tpop3.
7x4 10 Iranian Lavar Kerman Pictorial Prayer Rug...very good condition considering it is from the last quarter of the 19th Century. I believe the King is Shah Abbas who directed Iran in an autonomous fashion. The rug has many magical motifs going on. The angel on the ostrich. The birds at odds with the serpents in the border. This is a special rug presenting a very special leader in history who respected religious diversity in Iran. An uncommon leader who led his country to greatness.
Great antique Ziegler Mahal..Persian of course! Extremely great color..highly decorative..In Very Good condition..9'2"by 12
Fresh Spring like Upholstery..32 deep ..42 wide..height is 32 and seat is 15 at centerpoint...this is Pearsall's rendering of the Coconut Chair...the wood frame on this is highly intricate..so it is my belief that this form is very rare.

O/C 67x47.5 dated 1976 entitled "Answer to David Smith's Letter" done for the Omega Institute. The artist is on a spiritual quest his paintings suggest an inner question...going beyond knowing and journeying to an acceptance of not knowing. Gerald Samuels work has been widely shown nationally and internationally, and is included in major museums and corporate collections including the Corcoran Gallery and San Francisco Museum...
Highly decorative 1910 Persian runner 3.5x8 approx. Interesting florals/yet geometric. Very harmonious coloration.
An unusual device for effective outcomes...Dr.Meduna would be proud of this device...20 wide and 20 deep...and 26 high and on wheels! It is not working. Looks to be from the 1930's
