| This is a large thread holder. Probably 4 colors of thread are wound around each of the 4 sections of this holder. Each section has a moving ball. When this contraption is used, it must have been not only colorful but had a very nice sound. It has been seen by friends int he Northeast and in South China, but must have been carved in the North. This is a typical boxwood product, a proto-toggle in the eyes of one friend. | ||||||
