| This is an “abstract” toggle. It is carved from a naturalistically formed boxwood “root’ In frame No.1 we see a large and small lotus pods with moving seeds in the larger pod. Also a bud and other objects still not identified. In Frame 2 the backsides of the two pods may be seen as well as a frog and a fish. This toggle is well-worn but still mainly quite distinct and clear at least 100 years old, but could be older. | |||||||
