Ethel Rosenfield (1910-2000) Bronze Sculpture

Executed in the 1950s, this bronze sculpture (on a steel base), stands 16 1/2"h (41.2 cm.) and is in excellent vintage condition. The sculptor, Ethel Rosenfield (1910-2000), has an impressive resume: Biography: Born 1910, Poland. Immigrated to Canada and lived in Montreal from 1919 to 1977. Moved to Toronto in 1978. Studied sculpture at Ecole des Beaux-Arts, Montreal, Quebec for five years under Louis Archambault and Armand Filion.
