| A Chinese silver gilt elephant lavishly decorated with colourful enamel dressing and adorned with semi precious stones carnelian , turquoise etc. A vase made of hard stone and filled with flowers is mounted on his back. It is stamped "silver" on the soles of two feet. The subject matter of traditional combination of a vase on elephant and the excellent condition of the group , make this a very desirable item.
