| This heavy silver-plated English serving fork measures 9 5/8 inches long. It has 5 tines which measures 2 1/8 inch across and 3 3/4 inches long. The fork is beautifully engraved at the base of the tines both back and front. The marks say "Burton" in a shield and there is a silver plate mark of H C D A1 each in separate indented circles. The far left hand tine is slightly curved in at the tip. A wonderful buy for a buffet table. The fork dates from the early 20th century. | |||||||||
