| Chinese architectural elements at its best. These six in a set roof tiles once served as guardian animals of a mandarin household. Though the age of the roof tiles may vary, it usually dates back to 1800 to early to mid 1900s. They come in a set of six, consists of a rooster, a dragon, a fish, a man riding on a rooster, a horse, and a Kirin. The man riding on a rooster is the end piece. These roof tiles do well indoors and outdoors. Often found in contemporary landscape settings designed by garden experts and enthusiasts, they serve as wonderful decorative elements as well as great conversational pieces. When acquired separately, all five pieces are individually sold at $40 / each, while the man riding on a rooster end piece is sold at $50. Each is measured 7" L x 3" W x 8" H. | ||
