This is a fascination Georgian flower basket charm, made of either Coquilla nut, or vegetable ivory. I am not positive which. Beautifully crafted as a tiny turned basket with silver wires around the circumference and silver raised dots. The material has lighter and darker areas, and the swinging handle is of twisted silver wire. The tiny basket holds a bouquet of varied flowers of mixed metal. Exceptionally crafted piece.

Condition: One tiny inlay piece missing on edge.

Size: Height- 3/4 inch to top of handle. Width- 1/2 inch across.

An unusual long Georgian brooch of pressed gilded metal with an interesting scrolled design. The piece is highlighted by a row of cut steel beads along the length of the brooch. Not sure what the brooch was designed for, as it is quite long, wide, and curved. Certainly quite striking.

Condition: Very nice.

Size: length- 5 1/8 inches, width- 1 1/2 inches.

Very unusual pair of hairpins made of Vauxhall glass. This was a glass originating in the early 1700s at a glasswork factory in Vauxhall, England. These are 19th century and still retain all of the glass intact, which is unusual for this type of glass. These were made to emulate flat cut stones of the type used in Georgian jewelry. An interesting pair.

Size: 3-3/8 inches long x 1 inch across the top

Condition: Very good for age, minor glass age flaws, but not distracting.

A really delightful pair of children's bracelets in coral celluloid in their original box. Names in ink on the box are Lila's and Effie, who I assume are the children who owned the bracelets. The box dates to 1873. This is an unusual and sweet item.

Size: box 2-1/8 x 2-3/8 inch
bracelets about 4 inches long

Condition: box has age soiling and a bit of paper side loose. The bracelets are fine.

A lovely Regency beaded bracelet C. 1830, with a gilt, or pinchbeck, embossed tongue and groove clasp. The bracelet band has a very fine loomed design of flowers and birds. The beads are of the very tiny seed type, and the overall effect is quite striking.

Condition: Minor bead loss. Colors vivid.

Size: 7 inch wrist. Width- 1 7/8 inches.
