This is a wonderful antique cut steel hair comb with a heavy riveted cut steel top in a flower and lozenge design. Each piece is riveted onto a solid brass backing. The comb itself is inserted into what is likely a silver bracket. The piece has not been polished as it has a lovely patina. Each lozenge is about 1/2 inch from top to bottom, creating a very decorative sparkly effect.

Condition: Very good. Two of the center tines of the comb have glue at the base, so have probably been broken at one time. Does not really affect the appearance, but may affect the wearability. Very striking appearance.

An interesting rectangular shakudo pin with raised frogs pulling a lily pad cart, and two others hiking. This is an unusual motif. Brooch has a C-clasp and a long pin.

Condition: Some wear to gold and oxidation to shakudo

A very interesting pair of Victorian shoe buckles, probably made of aluminum which was an unusual, and desirable material of that time. The buckles have gilded enhancements with rhinestones as highlights. Quite unusual.

Condition: Minor age wear, but overall very good.

Antique 56 inch gunmetal muff chain, with quite fine links for this type of chain. The chain has swivel and ring closing so can be worn looped three times around the neck as a necklace if one wished. Piece is structurally sound and of an even gunmetal color.

Condition: Very nice.

A lovely enamel on copper hand painted brooch. Design is of hand painted blue and pink flowers with a silver and gold decorative surround. Probably French, and with a C clasp and pin. A very attractive and wearable piece.
