A lovely example of Victoria craft work, consisting of a small woven basket highlighted by antique straight pins around the perimeter of the top and bottom. All the pins are joined by woven silk threads, which form an intricate edge in various colored strips. The center of the little basket has a piece of, what might be, Spitalfields silk. The bottom has brown silk. A silk ribbon goes around the middle of the piece, and the center of the basket is probably wood. A very unusual antique piece.

Condition: Some minor silk wear.

A very interesting cloth doll, along the lines of a Kathy Kruse, but not hers. I am not sure what particular manufacturing company made her. There is also a partial, and faded, blue stamp on the bottom of the left foot. She has a hard stuffed body with jointed arms and legs. Head is oil painted with slightly darker colored hair, pale eyebrows, and brown eyes with white dot highlights. Clothing is vintage. A very expressive, interesting doll.

Condition: Body has age staining, nose has minor rub, and the hair has some age rubs.

This is a lovely bisque head Alt Beck Gottschalck doll, C, 1880. Beautiful pale bisque with blown glass eyes, feathered eyebrows, shaded lips, and an open mouth with six tiny teeth. She has an antique caracul wig, and a full leather body with gussets at the elbows, ,hips, and knees. Lower arms are bisque.

An exceptionally attractive antique young boys tweed outfit. Back of shoulder plate is marked..."Made in Germany, 8 DEP, and a number, possibly 1235".

Condition: Very good. Eyes no longer sleep, as the weight is not on. Couple of small holes in the leather arms, but body is in really good condition. Silk shirt in poor condition.

Beautiful antique enamel and silver scent bottle with a hand painted scene of cupid, and a little girl in a garden. The scene extends to the full height of the bottle, with the bottom of the bottle colored as well. The scent bottle has its original stopper. Colors are bright and clear.

Condition: Very nice, with a few minor dings to the silver. Couple of minor flake chips to the glass stopper. Top must be pressed firmly to close.

A beautiful antique Tunbridge Ware sewing box with implements. Completely inlaid with a tumbling blocks design on the top, and a floral design around the base of the box. Truly an exceptional piece. The inside of the lid has a fancy Tunbridge Ware design border with a crinkled velvet center. There are Tunbridge Ware fittings on the inside of the box which provide covers for the various sections. Contained in the box is a turned wood spool holder, a Tunbridge waxer, a rectangular Tunbridge thread winder, a floral and tumbling block needle book, a Tunbridge stamp holder, and two silver thimbles. Inside the center lift section are a Palais Royale MOP needle case and MOP folding rule. Tray has two half circle handles enabling the inner tray to be removed to show the blue silk interior. The box has a lock, but no key. The base of the sewing box has its original label. "Edmund Nye manufacturer Mount Ephraim, and Parade, Tunbridge Wells". This manufacturer was the maker of most Tunbridge Ware items.

Condition: Small chip on the edge of the MOP rule. Box has some crazing on the top and has been waxed to stabilize the finish. Beautiful rich colors to the different woods.

A lovely mother of pearl handle seal with a scroll and leaf design. The piece has a decorative gold colored base that holds an amethyst, or amethyst colored glass stone. Seal is carved with initials that are somewhat difficult to decipher. Perhaps MF, or MN. A very attractive small table seal.

Condition: Very nice.

A very pretty antique Japanese doll house table inlaid with various woods. The inlay work forms a Japanese scene of Mt. Fuji. A very attractive small wooden table.

Condition: Very good.

Beautiful set of three antique sterling silver ribbon threaders with floral designs. Designs are not exactly the same, but vary to accommodate the width of each piece. All have the same stylized initial. Very attractive.

Lovely antique doll house settee with pink silk upholstery and a wood frame. An early piece dating C. 1900. Two small bolsters at each end of the settee.

Condition: Some age wear, but overall good.

An exquisite and rare Ernst Grossman 14 inch bisque doll that was made for the French market. What is so rare about this doll is that she has an open mouth with upper and lower teeth and a slight overbite, which I would think was to emulate the Jules Steiner open mouth French doll. I have not seen an Ernst Grossman doll with this type of mouth and teeth in the literature. Beautiful bisque head with no chips, cracks, or hairline cracks. Finely feathered eyebrows. Inset blue blown glass eyes with dark rings around the striated iris. Pale lavender eyeshadow above the eyes. Painted upper and lower eyelashes. Delineated and shaded lips. Pierced ears into the head, and a lovely long blonde mohair wig and a plaster pate. The body is made of wood and, apparently Ernst Grossman was known for creating the first ball jointed body. Straight wrists and initials on the body which appear to be EG although a bit hard to read. Body is quite distinctive with leather in the neck socket to protect the neck. Head is incised with a 7 or a 4. Very attractive vintage clothing and antique shoes and socks.

Condition: Bit of white area at top of forehead original to doll. Body could use restringing.

A very pretty antique hair comb, with the bottom a faux tortoise shell and the top elaborately carved horn. The design is of circles with a central image of a pinwheel in a scalloped shape. Quite a large comb and very decorative.

Condition: Very nice.

A gorgeous antique portrait Jumeau doll with trousseau. Pale pressed bisque with beautiful shaded cheeks, mauve eyeshadow, delicate feathered eyebrows, shaded nostrils and lips, and blue paper weight almond shaped eyes. The eyes have dark lines around the irises and lovely radiating lines around the pupils. Pierced ears.
The doll has the original head coil, cork pate, and the original French straight wristed body. Marked Jumeau... Medaille D'Or...Paris. Just an exquisite doll.
She has a an antique lambskin wig, and another antique blonde wig for a different look. Trousseau consists of- antique pantaloons and a silk slip, antique shoes and socks. She is wearing an antique printed dress and an antique straw hat. Included in her wardrobe is a white cotton dress, a silk drop waist dress, a white felt winter jacket, a blue silk navy dress(frail), a pale blue silk dress, and a lovely blue silk and ecru lace antique dress. Included also is an antique straw hat (frail). A lovely cabinet sized doll with an extensive antique trousseau.
