A very interesting memorial hair mourning brooch made with three woven hair circlets on each side of a gold heart shaped center. The heart has hair on the inside and a gold design of three leaves at the top, as well as having a small ring to attach to a chain. Hanging from the heart are three drops, two of hair and one of gold. Quite an unusual piece. Brooch has a C clasp and pin on the gold back. Condition: Ring at top is slightly open, and a bit of minor gold discoloration on the back. Size: 2 5/8 X 1 3/4 inches. |
