An exquisite Georgian bracelet clasp, which would fasten a decorative band made up of tiny seed pearls, garnets, beading, or hair.
Gilded, with an intricate design of flowers and leaves and with 3 stones in the center, either paste or foil backed garnets.
Tongue in groove closing with 8 stringing holes on each side. Size: 1 1/8 by 1 inch. Condition: Very good. Small original split underneath stringing side near one hole. Does not affect integrity of piece at all. |
