A very unusual wide hinged brass and Bakelite bracelet with the central section containing a compact. The brass wrist band can be sized smaller because of the hook closing and four adjustment spaces. There are three Bakelite sections, one on each side of the metal framed central panel. The metal frame has a small lip, that when lifted, opens to reveal a small compact inside complete with powder puff an mirror. All appear to be original to the piece. A very interesting bracelet with beautiful rich colors. Condition: Very good. Minor scuffing to the brass, but does not detract from the overall appearance. Size: Inside circumference 6 1/2 inches, bit could be adjusted smaller. Height at front - 1 3/4 inches. |
