We will send an invoice for items of interest to buyers, upon request. Items must be paid for within three (3) days of invoice, unless other arrangements have been made.
All items listed are subject to prior sale. We will make every attempt to maintain an up to date catalog, so please inquire about items or request an invoice as soon as you are ready to buy.
All items we sell are guaranteed to be substantially as described. Returns will be accepted only if the item is verified to be not as described, and only after approval by Vintages. Returns must be completed within 3 days of receipt of the item.
We prefer PayPal, but will accept checks, which must clear prior to shipment. For international sales we accept only PayPal.
In our shop we accept major credit cards, which can also be used by Trocadero shoppers by calling us at 408-399-9090 during shop hours -- Tues-Sat 10am-6pm Pacific Time.
Shipping information: All shipping must be pre-paid as part of the sales transaction. We will ship worldwide and usually ship within 2-3 days of receipt or clearance of payment. We ship via US Postal Service or UPS Ground (or as described in the listing). If you wish another method of shipment, please contact us.
California Residents MUST pay Sales Tax of 8.75%, unless the buyer has a valid California Resale Permit. If so, please submit resale number, business name, etc., when placing the order.
