This is a mid-1900s mechanical pencil. There is advertising on the side in gold lettering on the black plastic barrel: Packard Bell – PhoneOCord / The West’s Largest Selling Radio. There is no indication of who made this pencil. It operates by twisting the bottom end to extend the lead for use. The pencil measures about 5 inches. Excellent condition.

The gold-filled barrel has an engine turned geometric pattern. The pencil end is marked: Wahl Eversharp Gold Filled Made in U.S.A. The pencil measures about 3 7/8 inches. Excellent condition.

This is a mid-1900s mechanical pencil that is hung on a retractable chain. The chain is attached to a medallion that pins on a coat. It has a “cracked ice” celluloid covered barrel. It operates by twisting the bottom end to extend the lead for use. The top part twists off to reveal an eraser and a place to store leads. Fine antique lap desk with sewing items, in coromandel wood veneer, inlaid with mother-of-pearl, abalone and brass. Hinged top and fold out lower section with a fitted interior of ebonized wood with the original tooled velvet writing slope, compartments for pens, inkwells with silver lids, sewing implements and thimbles (not included), thread/twine holders of mother-of-pearl and bone, a sleeve in the lid to store stationery and two additional divided compartments. Circa 1860.
Nice old wax seal stamp with a celluloid handle carved with flowers and vines. Measures about 3-1/8 inches tall. This is the handle only as the stamp is blank, so you would have to add one for yourself. Excellent condition.
Nice old wax seal stamp with a hollow silver handle marked 800. The handle has a nice Arts & Crafts flower decoration. This is probably German, but could be Italian. The silver wax seal is DA (I think). Measures about 2-1/8 inches tall. Excellent condition, with a couple of small dents in the silver handle.
