This is a gorgeous delicate pin with a gold flower on a stem. The flower is adorned with a beautiful dark blue sapphire in the middle surrounded by four clear crystal (gem?) stones. WOW! Great bracelet. It has nine bright, fiery round opal cabochons and they are prong set in a elaborately decorated 14K yellow gold bracelet. Eight of the round opals are about 2.5mm diameter while the center opal is about 3.5mm. Inside dimensions of the bracelet are approx. 2-3/16 inches x 1-15/16 inches. Total weight is about 0.59 Troy ounces. Marked on the clasp: RINE 14K. Excellent condition.

A delightful 19th century children's game based on Daniel Defoe's classic book Robinson Crusoe. This game entitled "Robinson Crusoe and His Man Friday" has 28 of the original 30 cards (cards are 2.25x3.25 inches) each with etched, hand-colored images of Robinson Crusoe, his man Friday and a host of plant life, animals and objects that might be found on Crusoe's island. Beautiful flower with petals and leaves made of faux tortoise (celluloid?) or nut casing. The flower is suspended on a spring on the end of the hairpin so that it trembles. The flower is about 2 inches by 2 3/4 inches and 3/4 inch deep – very 3-dimensional. The spring attaches to a 3 3/8 inch long two-prong hairpin. This is a superb Victorian mahogany sewing box from the late-1800s. It features a rotating pincushion, eight thread spool holders and escutcheons to pull thread, a drawer, a pull out mirror and bone finials.
