Nice small, almost miniature, working telescope or spyglass. This has a single slide out tub for focusing. The telescope is made of solid brass and is marked on the barrel MERMAID. No other marks. Measures 6 inches closed and extends to 9.5 inches. The main barrel is about 5/8 inch in diameter. Focuses fine. Leatherette box, with satin and felt interior, is made for this telescope and is in very good condition.

This is a superb Victorian mahogany sewing box from the late-1800s. It features a rotating pincushion, eight thread spool holders and escutcheons to pull thread, a drawer, a pull out mirror and bone finials. This little hen is a tin litho lithography wind-up toy from Baldwin Mfg. Co. Inc., Brooklyn, New York. It has a patent number from 1939: #2151330. Color is slightly faded, but still very good. Crank and egg-dispensing mechanism works fine, but she has lost her "cluck". Sorry -- no eggs. Measures about 4.5 inches tall and 4.75 inches long.

Sterling silver baby bell, complete with a "clanger" inside. It is hanging by a bale in the shape of a leather belt from a MOP mother-of-pearl teething ring. The piece is only marked "sterling" on both the bale and the bell. It has a wonderful chased design of a well with the nursery rhyme "Ding Dong Bell". Fantastic piece in very good condition. It's a little dented and has some teething marks as well.

Good condition, with some dents and a couple of repaired breaks at the rim.

Lovely hand pin. The hand is holding a bouquet of flowers with green leaves and clear and multi-colored rhinestone crystals. This is a pot metal brooch with a long pin clasp on the back. Unsigned Coro design. Measures about 3 1/4 inches long. The piece has a minor discoloration to a few of the small stones, otherwise it is in excellent condition for this type of cold painted brooch.
