| This is a pair of late Victorian buckles for shoes with a geometric design. These have a place to slide a leather or fabric piece through the bottom. All the faceted, cut steel studs are riveted into place onto a steel backing plate. Marked MADE IN FRANCE on the cross bar. Measures about 2 1/8 x 1 3/4 inches. Excellent condition, however it is missing one stud, but has a wonderful patina and just a hint of rust. | ||||||
