| This is a late Victorian belt buckle with a scrolling vine design. All the faceted, cut steel studs are riveted into place onto a brass backing plate. Unmarked, but probably French. Measures about 3 1/8 x 3 inches. Excellent condition, with a wonderful patina and just a tiny hint of rust. | |||||
